Land Registry Fee Changes from 31 January 2022
From Monday 31 January, some of the land registration fees will increase for the first time since 2009. If you are preparing applications ready for submission on or after Monday 31 January, you will need to use the new fees to avoid unnecessary delays.
This will affect applications for first registration and for the registration of transfers, leases and mortgages of property (scales 1 and 2).
