Commercial Matters

Commercial Conveyancing - Starts from £950 plus VAT

For grant of New Lease / Assignment of Lease Please consult for quotation along with the value of the property*
Sale / Purchase Please consult for quotation along with the value of the property*

*Additional fees may be applicable as per list under conveyancing

The work will involve:

  • Take your instructions and give you initial advice
  • Check finances are in place to fund purchase
  • Receive and advise on contract documents
  • Carry out searches, when advised
  • Obtain further planning documentation if required
  • Make any necessary enquiries of seller's solicitor
  • Give you advice on all documents and information received
  • Send final contract to you for signature
  • Agree completion date (date from which you own the property)
  • Exchange contracts and notify you that this has happened
  • Complete purchase
  • Deal with payment of Stamp Duty/Land Tax, when applicable

We also deal with application for registration at Land Registry, when applicable, for an additional fee of £200 inclusive of VAT excluding disbursements (land registry fee).

Commercial Contracts:

  • Shareholders’ agreement for 2-3 shareholders* - Starts from £650 plus VAT
  • Employment contracts* - Starts from £650 plus VAT
  • Commercial contracts* (Licence agreements, Confidentiality agreements, Agency, Distribution & Supply agreements, Franchise agreements etc) - Starts from £650 plus VAT
  • Two basic contracts* (Employment, Agency & Distribution, Sale of goods or supply or services, Confidentiality, NDA, Licence agreement etc) – Starts from £850 plus VAT
  • Facility agreement* - Starts from £750 plus VAT
  • * with standard terms and conditions

In case of negotiation of contracts, fixed fee shall not be applicable and we will charge on an hourly rate of £250 plus VAT.
