Our fees:

Our fees are mostly determined on a fixed fee basis depending on the complexity of each case. For a standard file, our fees excluding disbursements, if needed are as follows:

Single Will	Starts from £350 plus 20% VAT
Mirror Will	Starts from £500 plus 20% VAT
Will Storage assistance	£150 plus 20% VAT

Our Will Practice:

First, we send our standard form questionnaire to ensure that all relevant information is captured, and nothing is missed.

Once we receive the filled questionnaire, we agree on a time frame taking into account any need for urgency.

If the client does not specify a particular time frame for completing the will, once the instructions have been finalised and fees are paid, we usually:

• Send a draft will to the client within 7 working days;
• Send the final version of the will to the client for execution within 7 working days of receiving approval of the draft; and
• If the client has agreed that a draft will is not necessary, send the final version of the will to the client for execution within 10 working days.

If the client does not respond within a reasonable time to any requests for further instructions after we have sent him the draft will for approval or execution, we write to the client explaining the following:

• We have carried out the terms of your retainer and will take no further steps unless instructed to do so;
• We will make any alterations to the will if instructed to do so; and
• How his estate will be dealt with if a will is not executed.

Will Storage with HMCTS

• We recommend storing your will and/or codicils with HMCTS
• The will and any codicils submitted will be kept securely, and you, or your dependents after death, can withdraw it at any time.

Will Storage Fees

There is a one-off HM Courts and Tribunals Service storage charge of £22 to deposit per will or its codicil.
