Trainee – Licensed Conveyancer

Preethi is currently training to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. She completed her Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (UK) in 2025.

She holds an Honours degree in Law and a Master’s in Business Law, and has been a registered advocate with the Bar Council of India since 2010 with over a decade of legal experience in the corporate sector.

Preethi works on all aspects of conveyancing for individuals and businesses. Her experience includes residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, and the sale and purchase of business assets and managing from client on boarding to post completion process. She additionally has experience in drafting Wills.

Fluent in English and Tamil, Preethi is known for her clear, practical, and client-focused approach.

Outside work, she has a strong interest in fitness and the arts. She is trained in Karate (1st Dan), Yoga, and Bharatanatyam, and enjoys maintaining a balanced lifestyle with time at the gym and with family and friends.
